The Massachusetts Breastfeeding Coalition (MBC)

http://massbfc.org/ was founded May, 1996 as a non-profit organization. It arose out of a need for a statewide coalition that would coordinate the efforts of many diverse breastfeeding advocacy groups in the Commonwealth.

The Texas Breastfeeding Coalition

http://www.txbfcoalition.org/ is a consortium of breastfeeding promotion groups, organizations that work with mothers and babies, and interested individuals from across the state.

The Rhode Island Breastfeeding Coalition (RIBC)

 http://www.health.ri.gov/family/breastfeeding/ribc.php established in 1992, is a non-profit coalition of community organizations working to protect, promote, and support breastfeeding in Rhode Island. Members represent local birthing hospitals, health insurance companies, WIC, visiting nurse organizations, Early Head Start Programs, public health clinics, private clinical practices, La Leche League, research organizations, and the Department of Health.

The United States Breastfeeding Committee (USBC)

The mission of the committee is to protect, promote and support breastfeeding in the U.S. The USBC exists to assure the rightful place of breastfeeding in society.
